At about 10:05am, I phoned the wine shop to ask whether they had my ID. The worker said that she did and that they'd just opened. When the cab pulled up to the wine shop around 10:10 or 10:15, the posted hours said that they should have been open since ten, but the door was locked. I banged on the door and she came and opened it, saying she'd left it locked because she'd been working in the back.
